In 1929 a Company called New Jersey Pass Book was begun in a small store in Newark. The purpose of this business was to supply financial institutions. Through the years the Company grew in size, range of products and expertise, but remained dedicated to serving the Banking World. In 1978 the name was changed to Spectraform because the company's product line had expanded and there were customers in every State.
